Simple Salt Rituals for Your Home

Salt is one of the oldest tools we have for clearing energy — and the best part is, you already have it in your kitchen.
Here are three easy ways to use it.
Clear a room. Sprinkle a little salt in the corners of a space, leave it overnight, then sweep or vacuum it up in the morning. It pulls out the heavy, stale energy a room can hold.
Protect your doorway. Place a small pinch of salt by your front door — on the threshold or just outside it. It's a quiet way of saying only good things cross here.
Reset yourself. Add a handful of salt to a warm bath (or a bowl of water for your feet). As you soak, imagine the day's stress dissolving into the water. When you drain it, picture all of it leaving with the water.
A few gentle notes: use sea salt or rock salt if you can, set a clear intention as you go, and always dispose of "used" salt by rinsing it away or throwing it out — never reuse it.
That's it. No special tools, no perfect words.
Just salt, a little intention, and the choice to clear space for something better.
