1. Welcome, and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Charm and Soul, a brand by Sparkles by Olivia Manila, based in the Philippines. They cover your use of our website at charmandsoulph.com and our companion app, and the readings and other products we prepare for you.

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we offer

Charm and Soul prepares personalised astrology readings written for one reader at a time. Our products include monthly readings, the Soul Contract reading, the 5-Year Soul Becoming forecast, the "Between Us" synastry reading for two people, and daily messages. Each reading is calculated from the birth details you give us and written to be read closely and kept.

We may add, change, or retire products over time. The price and description shown at the moment you order are the ones that apply to that order.

3. Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or hold an account. If you give us birth details for another person — for example, a synastry reading or a gift — you confirm that you have their permission to share those details with us.

4. Your account, and ordering as a guest

You can order either by creating an account or as a guest at checkout. With an account you can return to your library of past readings and manage any subscription. As a guest you order through a private, login-free link tied to your order.

Please keep your account password and any private order links to yourself. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@charmandsoulph.com if you believe someone else has gained access.

You also confirm that the birth details you enter are accurate and are your own (or shared with permission). A reading is only as accurate as the birth date, time, and place you give us — an incorrect detail quietly produces a different chart, not an error message.

5. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are shown on the product or checkout page before you confirm. Depending on where you are, prices are shown in Philippine pesos (PHP) or in another currency, and may differ by country.

We accept payment by:

• Bank transfer / InstaPay (for orders in the Philippines), and
• Card, processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe, for both local and international orders.

Your order is confirmed once we have received and reconciled your payment. For bank transfers, there may be a short delay while we match your payment to your order. We never see or store your full card number — card details are handled by Stripe.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Each reading is prepared individually for you from your own chart, so once work on a reading has begun or the reading has been delivered, it generally cannot be refunded.

If something has gone wrong — you were charged in error, a reading was not delivered, or there was a clear mistake on our side — please write to us at hello@charmandsoulph.com and we will make it right, including a refund where it is fair to do so. We would always rather hear from you than leave a problem unresolved.

7. Subscriptions

Some products, such as monthly readings, are offered on a subscription. When you subscribe, you agree to the recurring price and billing period shown at the time you sign up (for example, monthly, or a prepaid term of several months).

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription is set to end at the close of the period you have already paid for — you keep access to what you have paid for, and you are not billed again. We do not give partial refunds for the remainder of a period already begun, unless required by law or agreed in writing. You can cancel from your account, through your private portal link, or by writing to us.

8. The readings are for reflection and entertainment

This is important, so we say it plainly.

Charm and Soul readings are offered for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other kind of professional advice, and they are not a substitute for it. Astrology is not a science, and nothing in a reading is a prediction of fact or a guarantee of any outcome.

Please make important decisions about your health, money, relationships, or legal matters with a qualified professional. If you are struggling or in crisis, please reach out to a doctor, a licensed counsellor, or a local helpline. A reading is a mirror to think beside — never a directive to act on alone.

9. Your reading, and how you may use it

Each reading is licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to read it, keep it, print it, and share it with people close to you. You may not resell it, republish it as your own, or use it commercially.

The underlying templates, designs, software, brand, and the way our readings are composed remain the property of Charm and Soul and Sparkles by Olivia Manila.

10. Acceptable use

Please use the service in good faith. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not submit other people's birth details without permission; and do not use the service for anything unlawful or abusive. We may suspend or close an account that misuses the service.

11. Limitation of liability

We prepare every reading with care, but we provide the service "as is" and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charm and Soul and Sparkles by Olivia Manila are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Where we are found liable despite this, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here removes any right you have under Philippine law that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a meaningful change we will update the date below, and your continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. The version in force for any order is the one published when you placed it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
